Gembleng Waterfall

Tucked away in the village of Sidemen in East Bali, is a hidden gem! The waterfall flows gently over smooth rocks into natural infinity pools over several different layers. Unlike most others to get to this location you walk up stairs instead of down, which means by the time you get to the top you are ready to jump in the clear water pools!

Important Information

This is my favourite waterfall in Bali. And I’ve been to a lot! It has so many different layers to it going all the way up to a small pool at the very top. The stairs up are steep but with so many resting stops on the way with other waterfalls to admire there is no rush.
The instagram spot everyone goes too will take between 7-10 minutes to walk to. It was never really busy here with a constantly flow of people coming and going as well as enjoying a meal and the views at the restaurant by the top layer.
