Kanto Lampo Waterfall

Kanto Lampo has 2 sides to it. On this page we’ll cover what you’ll experience once you get to the bottom of the stairs and turn left.
Located in Gianyar, Kanto Lampo tumbles down a series of natural rock steps creating a striking wall of flowing water. Leading to this is a wide shallow river great for paddling and spending the day in the water.

Walk down - 10 minutes (paved stairs but steep)
Important Information
This side is one of our kids favourite places to go for the day. There’s a shallow river running around big rocks perfect for them to walk through. It’a often very quiet this side as most people head to the main waterfall for their photograph and then leave.
For a little bit of swimming there is a man made pool catching all the water running down which is so refreshing. As well as a little walk you can take for a higher point of view of Kanto Lampos main attraction.
During rainy season the river is a little deeper but it’s never stopped the kids exploring. The left side is a favourite of theirs.
